Live Beat Making with Ipad Music App "Korg iKaossilator" by DJ Galactic : I used my Apple Ipad2 and iKaossilator to make this little beat (House / Dance) from scratch and mix it live. I enjoyed playing around with this music application. When I wrote this short song I couldn't decide what style it should be in, so after recording a guitar-based version (see previous video) I worked on this remix, in a totally different style. Instead of GarageBand, I used NanoStudio, (and iKaossilator for the drum loops). This is the first time I've actually used NanoStudio properly, and I found it great fun and very powerful. The sampling/drum machine element is very powerful and I'm only just scratching the surface with what this app is capable of… Hope you like it!
